Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

1.     Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for most unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

 

Health & household items, perishable groceries, and personal care products may not be eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

 

2.     Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. After receiving your request, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping fees are generally the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where an incorrect or defective item was shipped.

 

3.     Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4.     Exchanges
